Enabling "Entitlement" verification for M1 cpu Mac users using third-party application to run Windows OS applications

I am using an application called "Parallels" which allows MAC users to use windows application without "bootcamping" the macbook. After installing the RAM software and CONNECTION client, the software runs but I am getting the "no entitlement" notice when opening an RSS file even though I am logged in to the CONNECTION client. I assume there is some disconnect in verification due to the third-party app moderating the CONNECTION client and Mac OS. With new MACs using the M1 cpu, bootcamp is no longer supported and only way to use the Windows application is to use third-party software. Not sure if this is already addressed in the community, but hope it could be updated to work properly
