Need a way to license MicroStation CONNECT to the machine

When MicroStation CONNECT is run under a Windows service, there is no way to log into the CONNECTION Client. There needs to be a way to either license MicroStation CONNECT to the machine similar to the way previous versions behave or a way to import the license information into the system profile without using a third party tool.

    If you can't be signed in to CONNECTION Client, then you can use a checked out license. If that's not going to work for you, then please work with the MicroStation support team to determine how to best support your case.
