Yes, this is perfectly stated, "With our migration from SELECT to EPS365 the agency is switched to "GLOBAL" Entitlements and all products are available to all users.". I would add, that we do not wish to have "extra" users at any given time. I would request that we also have the ability to "cap" users so that we don't have a ton of people on idle. Sure, we can add a script to try and close idle use or update the standard idle timeout features, but these can be modified and bypassed. Please provide the ability to allow us to restrict use of users (allowlist/blocklist) and also provide caps for anytime use. These need to be allowable for all versions, not just the product. I have restrictions on versions and do not appreciate to see the logs stating that a user used a version way outside of our standards. I assume the notifications would be available so if I get notified multiple notices I can adjust the amount of use. Likewise, if I see an increase of requested use, I can seek additional funding from the appropriate group to get the necessary funds. However, if the group does not have the funding, I can maintain a fundable source to purchase the needs for the next contract term, so I'm not stuck trying to figure out where to get the required funding. This should be incorporated immediately so that we can properly administrate our use for our needs.
